For customers live outside US, the only way to avoid shopping cost and taxes is picking up your watch yourself from Hong Kong. Consider if you are buying a $100,000 US dollar luxury watch and ship to China. You have to pay extra 17% Value added tax(VAT) which cost you US$17,000. That already enough to purchase a first class flight ticket to Hong Kong.
Ashford has opened a office in Hong Kong for their customers which if you can pick up your watches. The benefits of picking up the watches in Hong Kong are that you don't have to pay shipping fee and also tax free. For exact tax rate of your country you can refer to Ashford website here.
Picking Up your watch from Ashford Hong KongVIP Concierge
In Ashford home page, select the shipping destination. Of course in this case you need to select "Hong Kong".
After that, select the watch you like to buy and make the purchase.Then you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase.
I suggest you can email Ashford customer service to confirm your watch will ship to Hong Kong at info@ashford.hk.
Then go tower 1 and go to 9 floor.
There are some watches on the shop, however it is only for display. Not for sell in the pick up location here.

Around a week later, you will receive another email to confirm that your watch has arrived Hong Kong. Please note that you need to pick up the watch within 30 days, otherwise Ashford will charge you $5 per day.
